Being able to lift 500 pounds was a great achievement and a great confidence booster for myself.
Before using this program, I can’t able to lift more than 400 pounds. I tried so many things such as changing my strategy, seeking advice from professional, consuming mass grainers but nothing works for me.
But now I can lift 500 pounds and started winning bets in the GYM. I can even lift heavy weights than guys that are more muscular and heavier than me!
